Fruity Mango Cream (To-Go)
A tropical, fresh and extremely filling treat for your everyday life.
Ingredients (perfectly adjusted for approx. 300 ml filling volume for your 315 ml can):
· 210 g natural Skyr
· 85 g ripe mango (fresh in cubes or thawed)
· 1 tsp chia seeds (approx. 5 g – provides a great texture and delivers valuable omega-3 fatty acids)
· A small splash of pure vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. For the creamy version: If you prefer a silky-smooth consistency, add the mango together with the Skyr and the vanilla to a blender and puree everything finely.
2. For the chunky version: Do you prefer fruity pieces? Then cut the mango into very fine cubes and gently fold them together with the chia seeds and vanilla into the Skyr with a spoon.
3. Fill your finished mango cream directly into the 315 ml SOVAZ.es PET can and seal it well with the lid.
4. Important note on shelf life: Please use our prepared SKYR recipe within a maximum of 3 days from the fridge to ensure it stays fresh, safe, and delicious!
