From Beach Walk to Vision
The idea for SOVAZ originated in 2025 right by the sea. Founder Ralf Böwing was looking for a solution to the eternal problem: glass is dangerous and canned drinks are often full of chemicals. Our cups are sealable and do not restrict freedom of movement.
The answer is SOVAZ® – a symbiosis of the Spanish SOL (sun) and the Spanish Vaso (vessel). We bring freshness in a can and safety to the beach.
rPET instead of glass – Lighter. More sustainable. Future-oriented.
While a 500 ml single-use glass container on average causes around 320–400 g CO₂e, the balance of an equally sized rPET can with a high recycling content is only 30–50 g CO₂e. This means: rPET saves around 6 to 10 times the climate-damaging emissions compared to glass – already in the manufacturing phase.
