It’s that simple:

  1. Prepare the matcha:Stir the matcha powder with a small splash of warm (not boiling!) water until it is lump-free and slightly frothy.


  3. Mixing:Add the coconut water and a splash of fresh lime to a glass or aSOVAZshaker.


  5. Finish:Generously fill the glass with ice cubes, pour in the coconut mixture, and crown it all with the bright green matcha shot.


  7. Serve:Stir briefly, garnish with a slice of lime, and enjoy ice cold.


You will need the following:

250 mlchilled coconut milk

200 mlfreshly prepared matcha

1 slicelime cut and

some lime juice

1 teaspoon agave syrup to sweeten
